Bred by Tolo Thoroughbreds in Kentucky, United States, Queen Goddess boasts a pedigree sired by Empire Maker and out of the Lemon Drop Kid mare Royal Story. Guided by the expertise of trainer Michael McCarthy, she raced under the banners of Eclipse Thoroughbred Partners and TOLO Thoroughbreds, Inc.

Queen Goddess has graced prestigious tracks, including Del Mar, Gulfstream Park, Keeneland, Oaklawn Park, and Santa Anita. Victorious at Del Mar, Gulfstream Park, and Santa Anita, her illustrious career boasts notable stakes wins, such as the 2022 Robert J Frankel Stakes (G3), the 2022 Santa Ana Stakes (G3), and the 2021 American Oaks (G1). Queen Goddess reigns in a spectacular horse racing showcase

Queen Goddess showcased a new running style on January 28, 2023. It happened during the $500,000 Pegasus World Cup Filly & Mare Turf Invitational Stakes (G3T) at Gulfstream Park. Under the guidance of jockey Luis Saez, she strategically positioned herself just off the pace in the 1 1/16-mile race. She trailed the early leader Sweet Enough by 1 1/2 lengths through a half-mile in 48.03. However, as the race unfolded, Queen Goddess made her move through the far turn. She took command near the quarter pole. With a powerful rally in the stretch, she secured a 1 1/2-length victory, completing the turf test in 1:41.91.

Queen Goddess demonstrated her versatility by adapting to a different racing strategy. The victory marked the most lucrative win of her 11-race career, securing her first graded stakes win away from Santa Anita.
