“What’s wonderful about Hong Kong is that we have a beautiful life here. Zac, a dedicated family man married to Nicole, daughter of NZ Hall Of Fame jockey Jimmy Cassidy, has made Sha Tin Racecourse home for nearly 15 years with their children, Roxy and Cash. Despite being based in Hong Kong, Zac’s racing prowess extends globally, winning prestigious races in Australia and abroad, notably with Hong Kong-trained horses like Little Bridge triumphing at Royal Ascot in 2012.
