Horse racing isn’t always adrenaline-pumping. Equines running at full pace is a sight to behold, however, a falling horse only breaks hearts, and so has the fall of Bus Buzz. Terry Lovingier-owned Buss Buzz suffered a serious injury during the 10th race at Anita Park. Given the repetitive nature of these kinds of incidents, equestrian enthusiasts all over the world are outraged.
There have been hundreds of horse accidents on the tracks and fields over the past few years. Although skeletal, and muscular injuries and cardiac problems have been reported in these incidents, the reason behind that could be less or no aftercare.? A few days ago, Practical Move also suffered a serious medical episode during training and died later. Given the gravity of the situation, fans are furious over the constant medical casualties happening on the tracks and have alleged mismanagement from the authorities.

Bus Buzz has been bred in California by owner Terry Lovingier. He has raced at Del Mar and Santa Anita. The 3-year-old recently won stakes in the 2023 Real Good Deal. However, Steve Knapp-trained horse suffered a serious injury during the 10th race at Anita Park after Friday’s Breeders’ Cup of 2-year-olds was concluded.
Earlier this week, another equine Practical Move suffered an injury during training and later died. Given the increasing reports of equine injuries and deaths, fans are furious and have expressed their anger on Twitter. Replying to a post by David Grening confirming Bus Buzz’s injury, one user stated that he witnessed the fall and the horse didn’t look in good condition.
Was there and saw it. Did not look good. Was just thinking we had such a positive day.

One of the users drew Bus Buzz’s comparison saying that the equine looked in a similar condition to Practical Move after pulling up.
No bueno. Looked exactly like Practical Move when he pulled up.

Another user alleged mismanagement, saying that the equine was made to run the race despite having been earlier
Did you know that when Frank M was announcing changes before the 1st race he called Bus Buzz as being scratched in the 10th? Then he came back on and said that it was a mistake and he was in fact running. Seems odd that only horse mistakenly announced as a scratch ran that race

Similarly, another user expressed the same concerns and feared Bus Buzz’s fate in the same way as Practical Move.
Here we go again..
