Olympic gymnast and world champion Simone Biles place a high priority on taking care of her mental health. However, there will always be areas of your life where your parents will have a different view than yours.

Even the talented Simone Biles was unable to get away from this. However, she knows how to manage these circumstances with her parents, Ron and Nellie Biles. She dealt with one of them very sternly.
Recently, Simone Biles encouraged other athletes. Simone has said, “Sorry, parents, but don’t let your parents say you need to do this if you don’t have a passion for it anymore. It’s okay to move on, and that’s what my parents learned at a very young age. So it’s always been my choice. And that’s why I have been so successful because they’ve never forced me to go to the gym.”

Biles has told how her mother used to struggle with drugs and alcohol addiction. This made her family’s situation difficult as she attempted to raise four children.
Simone Biles’ childhood
Biles moved in with her paternal grandparents, Ron and Nellie Biles, along with her younger sister, Adria. This provided each child with a secure, long-term home. Simone has also mentioned her struggles in Biles’s memoir, Courage to Soar: A Body in Motion, A Life in Balance.

Due to mental health reasons, Simone Biles withdrew from the Olympics during the team final and again before the all-around final and the individual competitions for the vault, uneven bars, and floor exercise. She did take part in the balancing beam competition and came in third.
Simone helps other kids in finding foster care
Biles has frequently discussed her time as a child in foster care over the years. The Biles family’s tale is incredible, almost as exceptional as her unrivaled tumbling skills.

The gymnast, who won four gold medals and one bronze at the Olympics in Rio, works for a foundation. Simone says she will participate in as many drives as possible. And she is looking forward to meeting the foster children she helps find a family.
