Starting in the 2018-2019 school year, Olympian Jade Carey registered herself at Oregon State University to compete at the NCAA Championships. Having officially started competing for the Oregon State Beavers after her appearance in the 2020 Olympics, Carey has exceeded with flying colors. Currently focusing on the upcoming Olympics and the collegiate simultaneously, she earned the most coveted honor.

Operating in the Western United States, Pac-12 is a collegiate athletic conference. Focused on the NCAA Division 1 level, the Pac-12 covers 24 sports in total. Interestingly, Carey’s college state Oregon is a member of Pac-12. Aka the “Conference of Champions” has bagged more NCAA Championship wins in history. Known to accolade prominent names in the gymnastic realm, Pac organizes the Women’s Gymnastics Weekly Awards. As per recent news, the 23-year-old has clinched the “Specialist of the Week” title. Oregon State’s Instagram post reads, “Racking ‘em up. For the second straight week, @jadecarey is the Pac-12 Specialist of the Week!” The Olympian further shared the post in her Insta story.
