And he indeed did have fun at the Worlds along with his teammates as shown in the video.

After waving the American flag in Antwerp the athletes tried to showcase how important it is to have a chill mindset during their performance to focus more.
What’s even more thrilling is that Khoi Young managed to bounce back like a champ. He had a bit of a tumble from the tricky pommel horse during the team final, but he wasn’t fazed. He returned to the individual final, scored a whopping 14.966 on that nerve-wracking pommel horse, and left everyone in awe. Only Rhys McClenaghan from Northern Ireland could outshine him. However, Young created history and marked in name at Antwerp showcasing his gymnastics skills.

Khoi Young went on to steal the show in the vault final at the championships, sticking his landings with grace and style. He ended up with an average score of 14.849, securing another silver medal. Jake Jarman from Great Britain may have nabbed the gold, but Khoi Young’s performance was pure gymnastics magic.
To top it all off, Young’s bronze in the team competition was like the cherry on the gymnastics cake. It’s the first time the U.S. men’s team found a spot on the podium since 2014. Japan snagged gold, while China took silver.
