Moving Away From Simone Biles Direction, Aly Raisman Joins Shilese Jones’ League In Latest Update

The US women gymnasts need no introduction, as the past years have seen them reigning. Standing atop is the most decorated Simone Biles, who has not only bettered her skills over the years but also developed good relations with her fellow mates. One of her most celebrated events was the 2016 Rio Olympics, where being a part of the ‘Final Five’ was life-changing. Special shout out to the 29-year-old retired Olympian friend, Aly Raisman.

Aly Raisman soared to victory with her team to snatch the gold. Moreover, she also secured the all-around silver that year. Later in 2023, when the fierce tribe reunited for a fun weekend, the chemistry seemed fine. However, according to recent news, Raisman may have inclined towards compatriot Biles’ parallel.

Simone Biles’ ally chooses sides

Sylvia P, popularly known for creating girls’ leotards and cheerleading uniforms for women, welcomed Raisman as their brand partner in January 2022. As a note of elation, Sylvia P wrote, “Aly’s passion to inspire and advocate for the younger generation only continues to help us on our mission..” further unveiling their debut collaborative leotards in February 2022. Fast forward to now, according to the latest news, Sylvia has announced the latest leotard line to kick-start 2024. The Instagram post caption says “We’re kicking things off in 2024 with the one and only @alyraisman having us dreaming in neon with her latest Aly x Sylvia P collection”. The video paired with it featured three gorgeous little girls offering a sneak peek into the impressive collection.

Interestingly, Shilese Jones, who almost bested Biles at the 2023 Xfinity U.S. Gymnastics Championships, is also the face of Sylvia P. But Biles isn’t. She’s a GK Elite face and never skips a scope to give occasional shout-outs. But Jones’ brand partnership journey has just taken off.

Captioning her Insta post as “Loading….”, Jones had executed her best set of maneuvers on the uneven bars some time ago. She tagged Sylvia P. and asserted that something was definitely in the making. The 2022 World team gold medalist aimed to bring the elegant side of gymnastics out.

As Raisman focused on neon more this time, Jones had subtly picked pastel for her leotard line. Though the former had a bigger goal to achieve with the partnership. Her non-profit organization benefits from the sale value of the brand, which means, the children get better standards of living. Though she’s now a retiree, her prayers are always with the young Olympians.
