For Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens, the athletic power couple, the distance continues to persist. Shortly after their wedding, they moved to different states while Biles resumed her gymnastics training, Owens shifted to train with the Green Bay Packers. Before their recent six-week international separation, she gave Owens a final visit on the ground. Biles shared an Instagram story updating her 7M fans with a picture of Jonathan captioned, “miss you” with a teary eyes emoji and brown heart. The sunny day click showed the NFL safety sitting across from Simone on an outdoor couch by the pool with his English bulldog Zeus seated under his seat.
Divided by thousands of miles, Owens never ceased showing his wife how much he loved and supported her during her time in Antwerp. And did you know how the proud husband welcomes his wife? A sneak peek at their “Date Night,” which included a delicious dinner that Chef James Watford had made especially, was given by the NFL safety.
His gifted bouquet with purple calla lilies, lavender peonies, light orange garden roses, and burgundy chrysanthemums served as the centerpiece of the photo. Later, he shared a picture of his beautiful wife as they cuddled together on a couch. Their beautiful smiles expressed the immense satisfaction of rekindling their love after over six weeks apart.
Additionally, Simone shared an update on the couple’s dream house in Houston, Texas, which they are still under construction.
