Both the teams were neck-to-neck in the later rounds, but Missouri got a slight edge on account of an almost faultless primary round. But in a top 10 match up on Friday, LSU vanquished the No. 7 Arkansas, therefore walking home with the most coveted title. With a score of 39.825, Bryant swept the all-around title. Currently ranked No.2, she’s inarguably making it to the top 10 all-around gymnasts in the nation list. Proud head coach Jay Clark said, “I’m just proud of them. They’re hammers. They’re awesome.” On February 9, the LSU team will attempt another win against the Georgia Bulldogs in Athens.
