Does Jonathan Owens' tattoo show his deep love for Simone Biles, or is it just for show?

Jonathan Owens has found a new way to impress his better half Simone Biles. Previously, he showed up in every place possible where his wife needed his support. But now the NFL safety has decided to spell his heart out publicly through the medium of tattoo. A few days ago, he put the first letter of Simone Biles’ name on the ring finger of his left hand. And now, Jonathan Owens has moved to showcase Matthew 17:20 on his chest, surely through the medium of tattoo.

On July 7, Simone Biles shared an IG post, displaying several snaps of her with her husband Jonathan Owens. In those snaps, both could be seen in their trousers with Team USA printed all over. The iconic flag print with Team USA made the wearing far more patriotic. In the meantime, Jonathan’s newly made tattoo on his bare chest looked furtive, which showed the words from Matthew 17:20.

Mixing the faith with motivation, those lines say, “He replied, ‘Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.’” Subsequently, Simone’s post caption tuned with those lines finely as it remained, “land of dreams US [love emoji]”. That tells quite a story about the couple.

As per BibleRef. com, Matthew 17:20 expresses, “With even a silver of faith in His power and authority, nothing will be impossible for them.” Standing at a critical juncture of their athletic career, both Jonathan Owens and his wife, Simone Biles, would expect a miracle to push themselves on the other side of the line. While Simone is waiting for her third Olympic appearance, bearing a heavy responsibility being the elder in the women’s gymnastics squad, JO is looking forward to starting the fresh NFL season donning the Chicago Bears’ jersey. And thankfully, both are supporting each other to survive these uprisings in their own careers.

Jonathan Owens has made a regular sight in each of Simone’s gymnastics outings this season. With his energetic presence in the stands, the NFL safety has cheered his wife to push her limits. Notably, Simone Biles felt motivated by those extra lines shouted by Jonathan and gave her everything while winning each of her three elite contests this season. However, she did almost the same thing for her husband while he was up in his NFL games last season. But now both are in search of an extra hand that will make everything settled. So what could it be?

Simone Biles finds jubilation in faith and Team USA

What’s your perspective on:

Does Jonathan Owens' tattoo show his deep love for Simone Biles, or is it just for show?

Have an interesting take?

With her qualification for the Paris Olympics, Simone Biles has become the oldest American gymnast in the women’s category to have the same. With that, she has also become the fourth female gymnast to find a place in three Olympic squads. In that list, she has another place.

After Dominique Dawes, Simone becomes the second Black gymnast to find that recognition. Notably, Dominique Dawes became the first Black woman gymnast to win an Olympic gold (1996 Olympics). Now, Simone is in her league. So would this fact push her extra to make the Paris Olympics memorable? Remember, this edition of Games could be her venue to own the platform that she left three years ago in Tokyo, because of her ‘twisties’. As far as her faith is concerned, Simone Biles knows how to align her stars.

Coming from a humble family, Simone took her first religious lesson from her mother, Nellie Biles. Giving a tidbit on her faith she once said, “I was taught that you can go to him [God] for anything and he’s the one that directs your life. [My mum] would always tell you if you don’t know, leave it up to God. Pray to him about it.” Does not Matthew 17:20 say the same thing? Now, she has her husband alongside her to motivate and that verse will surely add an extra force.

Furthermore, JO will be present in Paris as well, because his club has already allowed him to take leave for those days, ditching restrictions. So, should not all these be counted as the extra needed hand we discussed before? Plenty of things are to be followed.
