Recently, Olivia Dunne has been catching the heat with many different communities because of her hot take. It all started a few days back when she attended a college football game between LSU and Alabama, where she made a prediction that added some fuel to the fire. This time, she got entangled over her statement during the ongoing boxing fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson.

The fight between these two giant names in their industry has reached a mass audience, and fans are divided. When Dunne declared on her social media post that she was Paul’s business partner, the comment section wasn’t very kind towards the gymnast.

Olivia Dunne fueling another controversy

As if getting involved with college football fans due to her controversial prediction wasn’t enough, Olivia Dunne has triggered a new fanbase. There have been a ton of different takes in the community since the fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson was confirmed. Most of them resided with Iron Mike, and for obvious reasons, a whole new perspective was set on Paul, who was fighting the boxing legend out of his prime.

The moment the gymnast posted a video on her Instagram that showed her watching the fight between the two attracted plenty of attention. However, apart from the video showing her giant TV, it had a few words that triggered the audience, as it read, “Me watching the fight after announcing Jake Paul and I are business partners.” Many fans may not be aware of this, as Dunne has partnered up with the YouTuber turned professional boxer for his brand “itscalledw” 

While that statement triggered a lot of internet users, the gymnast added more fuel to the fire when she celebrated Paul’s win. “Now that’s a W,” Dunne wrote in her Instagram video caption, portraying her business partner’s victory over boxing legend Mike Tyson. This was the second time in a few days that she got on the nerves of many sports enthusiasts. Last Saturday, Nick Saban was present at ESPN’s College GameDay, and he received a taunting remark from Dunne because of a wrong prediction. 

However, luck was not on the gymnast’s side. When she made the game prediction for that day, taking the side of LSU, the team lost brutally to Alabama. This made a ton of fans, not from the LSU side, take a dig at her owing to the wrong prediction for the college football match. This time, the sport was different; however, fans had their opinions stacked against Dunne for being on the other side of the coin.

Something of which the fans weren’t proud of

For gymnastics, there are a lot fewer people who doubt the skills of Olivia Dunne. However, her supporting Jake Paul over Mike Tyson didn’t settle with the social media users well. One fan stated, “Being her partner is embarrassing.” Another fan shared a similar sentiment, stating, “You should be so embarrassed to be associated with any of it.”

The gymnast is known for being sarcastic in a few of her cheeky social media posts, but this one, particularly, was a clear statement that she was on the side of Paul due to their business partnership. “Livvy legit on the speed run to ruin her fame lmao,” said one user. However, the internet users weren’t ready to let go for taking the side of Jake Paul, as one fan stated, “You being his partner, jake fighting a 58 year old, you making this video was already embarrassing enough girly.” 

Jake Paul fighting Mike Tyson has completely divided the sports world, and whenever there are two polarized sides, there’s always room open for conflict of opinion.
