It’s a big celebration time in Baton Rouge. The NCAA Gymnastics season has finally ended and the Tigers’ team stands with the most coveted and elusive Championship trophy. Posting a remarkable total of 198.225, the team flew to victory after they climbed from second to first in the final rotation. Their happiness knew no bounds, especially of Head Coach Jay Clark, who said, “This team is full of individuals that have incredible character and integrity”.
With the team since 2012, Clark has seen the women’s team grow from buds. But he somewhat enjoyed the standard set by the coaches he succeeded. Speaking of the coaches, none can skip mentioning the “Dean of Coaches” for whom LSU is what it is now. After LSU’s title claim on Saturday, one personality won more hearts than others.

YES!!!! No one worked harder than D-D to get fans to attend meets! She would send tickets to my school and I would give them out to students. It paid off, some became season ticket holders and attended the Natty! #ForeverLSU
