One of America’s most decorated artistic gymnasts, Gabby Douglas, is very enthusiastic and dedicated to the 2024 Paris Olympics. After a 6-year break, Three-time Olympic gold medalist Douglas is all set to make her grand comeback in the next biggest gymnastics event. The 27-year-old US iconic gymnastics Douglas recently thrilled her fans by hinting at participation in the Winter Cup to be held in February 2024.

After dropping the major hint for the upcoming event, 2012 Olympic all-around champion Gabby Douglas’s recent Instagram post once again left her fans astonished.

The firebrand’s first African-American gymnast has been keeping her eye set on the next biggest event. Recently, Gabby Douglas took to her Instagram handle to share the nostalgic post. She posted 2 pictures with a heavy smile on her face. Douglas captioned her post as ‘giving y’all that 2012 smile 👹🖤’’


Soon after the gymnast’s post surfaced on the internet, fans started applauding her beautiful smile and prompting Douglas for the 2024 Paris Olympics with a heart emoji. The recent post hinted that the gymnast is fully intent on giving her best shot for the Paris Olympics. This comes amid anticipation about her participation in the Winter Cup 2024.

Gabby Douglas to take part in the Winter Cup?

On 8 Dec, USA Gymnastics shared a picture of Gabby Douglas training on a halfpipe. A screenshot of a conversation between a fan and the gymnast could also be seen in the picture. A user asked “Winter Cup?”, and Douglas replied with some teasing (👀) emojis. For good reasons, Douglas’ interesting reply raises curiosity about whether she hinted at the participation in the Winter Cup. And it is not completely without context.
