Reflecting on his choice, he stated, “Competing for Bulgaria would give me the most opportunities.” Joining him on this journey is his younger brother, Kevin Penev, sharing the same aspiration. “He wanted to give the cycle this quadrennium a go as well,” Eddie explained.
