“Contracts Are Usually Garbage”: Simone Biles Reveals Why She Will Not Start a Reality TV Show After Gymnastics

After having an illustrious career to date, Simone Biles is on a break from gymnastics. As of now, she has wedding bells ringing. Jonathan Owens proposed to Biles on Valentine’s Day. The couple is planning their wedding dates and destinations right now.

Moreover, Biles posted an Instagram Q&A for fans, to let her ask, any questions that she wanted. Hence, one of the questions raised was whether she would take part in a reality show.

To this, Biles answered no and gave her reasons for the query. With the different stipulations and contracts, she is not interested to take part in any reality show.

She focused on how most contracts don’t work out and have different stipulations. Most of them are not interesting as Biles pointed out. But, she threw some limelight on her agent Janey and talked about how she helped her to get the right contracts. Comically, though, she denied any pressure on her agent to choose the right contracts.

“I don’t think so, because there are way too many stipulations and the contracts are usually garbage. But’s that why I have an amazing agent. We would have to put some rules and regulations in place. Don’t have a heart attack Janey. The answer is no,” said Biles.

Although she is not interested in some contracts, Biles took part in the Dancing With The Stars show earlier in her career. Along with Sasha Farber, she loved her performances during the show.

Even though they performed well in their routines, Biles got eliminated and finished fourth. Having earned perfect scores from the judges, she couldn’t muster up fan votes and was eventually eliminated. The audience in attendance could not believe what happened. But, she loved her performance and thanked Farber after the event.

“Yes, this is a journey that I’ve embarked on, and I’ve done things. I’ve never danced in heels, never danced with a guy, so I feel like I’ve won a lot. I’ve won a friendship for life [with Farber]. I’ve been non-stop since the Olympics. I’ll have a week off,” said Biles.

Although all reality shows are not her cup of tea, Biles would appear to do some that match her interests.
