The 82-year-old named Jane Dotchin is a pensioner with impaired vision, and at this age with this disability, she travels 600 miles annually on her pony with her pet dog in her saddlebag. A unique story like this has made waves around the world for the first time. Everyone who has heard this story in a state of amusement that how anything of this sort is possible. However, this woman has proved it possible.

According to Mirror, Dotchin with her pony Diamond and her dog, Dinky completes a long-distance journey of 600 miles every year. Now, with so many journeys already accomplished, she has made multiple acquaintances on the way. She has become familiar with multiple business owners and community leaders.

This brave lady with her wonderful willpower covers 15 to 20 miles every day when she sets off for this adventure. During this time, she sleeps in a tent during this seven-week journey. This equestrian lover survives oatcakes, cheese, and porridge. With this, she keeps an old mobile with herself. Its battery lasts for around six weeks. However, she faces network issues there. The more impossible it sounds to us; she makes it sound easier by expressing her journey.

Dotchin also attained an exceptional achievement award for this from the British Horse Society. Talking about her journey, she said, “I refuse to go slogging on through pouring wet rain. There are a few different routes I can take depending on the weather.”
