The log cabin is constructed using Canadian cedar, and the grounds are laced with eucalyptus and wildflowers. The 2,000 square feet of space provided by the log cabin comprises of three bedrooms and two baths.

The estate also has the potential to be turned into an agricultural concern, for example, for vineyards, additional citrus groves, or alternative crops. It features a foreman’s house, an equipment shed, a wood shop, three storage containers, a wind machine, two wells, a reservoir, and a new water-filtration system. The new priciest property in America?

A few days back, news broke out of an equestrian farm located in Fairfield County, which was going for an asking price of $15 million. But with the difference in the acreage of both the properties, if calculated accordingly, they might come out closer in value, with the Fairfield County one more expensive. However, there is no denying, that Rustic Valley Farm is an expensive and sterling piece of estate, with state-of-the-art facilities that would put it high on the market.
