Recently, Jenn shared a captivating story of her barn, which looked incredibly beautiful. Jennifer captioned it as “Rehearsal dinner,” but it was a reshared story from Marcy Blum, who captioned the post as, “If you happen to have seated dinner in a stable.” Additionally, Jennifer Gates added a cheeky comment, “The best. Our barn will never look better.

Instead of having a traditional wedding ceremony, Jennifer Gates had an elaborate wedding ceremony in Evergate Stables, which is one of her horse ranches. It was very meaningful for Jennifer that she chose to wed at Evergate Stables as this was a gift from someone close to her.

Bill Gates’ generosity for her equestrian daughter

Jennifer Gates, graduating from Stanford University, received an extravagant graduation gift from her parents, Bill and Melinda Gates. The New York Post reported that she was gifted a $15.82 million horse farm in North Salem, Westchester. With plans to relocate to New York and potentially pursue further studies at New York University, the convenient 35-mile proximity of Westchester to the city serves her well. Known for her prowess in equestrian sports, Jennifer has participated in prestigious events like the Longines Global Champions Tour.

Formerly owned by Duncan Dayton, an heir to the Dayton-Hudson Corporation, the estate adds to Jennifer’s equestrian legacy. Dayton, a real estate developer and ex-race car driver, was part of the family that founded the company that eventually became the Target Corporation.
