Just hours ago, Jennifer Gates took to her Instagram, sharing an intriguing video from Evergate Stables. With the caption “The next generation is resting up,” the video showcased a baby horse peacefully napping in the stable. The stables’ original post humorously remarked, “The babies of Evergate Stables, they took a nap,” accompanied by a sleepy emoji. Adding to the ambiance, they used the background music “I Took A Nap by Gunnarolla”. The post garnered 970 likes in few hours.
Notably, Bill Gates’s daughter’s very own Alex also made a delightful appearance in the video. Among the equine residents was Igor van de Wittemoere, a Belgian Warmblood gelding ridden by Bill Gates’ son-in-law Nayel Nassar. The video also featured Coronado, a Holsteiner gelding ridden by Nassar. Jennifer’s journey as a competitive rider led her to establish this stable, which has two locations purchased through a Gates family trust.
Situated just 55 miles north of New York City, the expansive area, encompassing roughly 23 square miles, mirrors the size of Manhattan but is home to around 5,200 residents and a multitude of horses and alpacas. Interestingly, Bill Gates made headlines in 2022 by selling a portion of his daughter Jennifer Gates’ stable property.
Bill Gates’ minor ripple in vast wealth
In 2022, Bill Gates made a strategic move, selling a Wellington property merely two years after its acquisition. This sale, adding a modest $5 million to his substantial fortune, marked a minor change in his vast wealth. That same year, Kevin Minco, acting as trustee for the 21W1 Trust, orchestrated the sale of the Wellington equestrian estate. Spanning 5.5 acres, the estate was situated at 13,945 Quarter Horse Trail and found its new owner in Maroon Partners from Delaware.
The recent record unveils that this property was previously a part of Jennifer Gates’ Evergate Stable, which she utilized for her competitive training. This revelation led to questions about potential obstacles. However, a recent video has effectively dispelled all doubts. The video highlights Jennifer’s confident path toward a promising show-jumping future. Although the horse may currently be at rest, its unwavering readiness to spring into action remains, poised for the forthcoming journey ahead.
