Danna Burns-Shaw, the visionary fifth-generation owner of Burns Saddlery, harbored a grand idea for her quaint hometown. Inspired by her passion for equestrian pursuits, she embarked on a mission to establish an exceptional indoor equestrian center. Joined by a dedicated team she successfully operated it for a span of 15 years.

In 2020, the Xtreme Family achieved their multi-decade dream by hosting the first-ever Xtreme Million Finals, where contestants received a record-breaking million dollars in cash prizes and over 100k in USA-made awards. With its status elevated to an annual tradition, the highly anticipated Xtreme Million Finals now graces the month of June. Making headlines, a remarkable victory unfolded as a woman hailing from Moses Lake, Washington, claimed a significant prize in a thrilling horse racing event held just last week in Reno, Nevada.

Lindsay Schulz triumphs in Xtreme Million equestrian event

Lindsay Schulz’s awe-inspiring achievements in the Xtreme Million Barrel Racing competition captured the attention of Source ONE News on Facebook. Her triumphant journey was amplified by her exceptional trio of equine partners: Miss Eedie Stinson, Mr. Tew Judge, and Blazin Pistol Penny. The thrilling contest, spanning from May 30 to June 4, witnessed Lindsay’s remarkable prowess as she claimed a well-deserved prize of $53,639, solidifying her position. Schulz expressed the lasting impact of the experience, stating, “It was a week that you’ll remember for the rest of your life.”

Recognizing the importance of her equine partner, Schulz highlighted, “She takes care of me,” emphasizing the horse’s significant role. Lindsay’s primary focus is ensuring the horse’s well-being, as she stated, “The winning is great, but if she’s not feeling great, we just call it a day.” As the dust settles after her glorious triumph, the resounding victory propels. Miss Eedie Stinson’s career earnings to a sum of $212,875. Lindsay’s lifelong achievements in Xtreme Million-hosted events soar to an impressive total of $142,692. Exciting Xtreme equestrian events coming soon

Mark your calendars for the exciting upcoming Xtreme Mini Million (Summer Sizzle) event, taking place from July 14 to 16, 2023. Pre-entry begins on February 10 and runs until July 16, 2023. With a $500 entry fee, this event offers one go with three performances, carrying over from the Elite Classes on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The thrilling part is that there are no limits on the number of times you can enter the Summer Sizzle. Held at the Extraco Events Center located at 4601 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX. People even have the option to enter the same horse multiple times if they desire.
