In this event, Paso Fino horses from across the country participate with riders showing their unique horse, talent, and skill in various levels of competition. With the Paris Olympics coming near, this year also witnessed the riders showing impeccable skills which drew the attention of the people.

Equestrian National Championship’s finest display
The competition is known for its finest Paso Fino horses and incredible talent. The horses participate in different age group categories and in different equestrian events like equitation, country pleasure, horsemanship, trail, pleasure driving, costume competition, and western pleasure. This year among the various participants, one drew the attention of the spectators. She was Kertrin Talley who rode Romeo de HH. She took part in the Amateur Fino Geldings for Gold class.

The performance stole the show and was the highlight of the prestigious event. The clip of its performance was uploaded and shared on Instagram by Clipmyhorse.tv and it became an instant hit with hundreds of likes. In the clip, the Paso Fino gelding is seen walking on the track artistically taking short steps with its both front legs at pace.

The rider kept calm during the gelding ride. This show also attracted the judges who awarded her the winning title of the event. Josh Hill riding Triple Seven de Olleb came second in the contest. This year’s Grand National Championship Show stood to its reputation for carrying on the heritage of the Paso Fino horse.

About PFHA Grand National Championship Show
The Paso Fino Horse Association is an affiliate of US Equestrian. It was formed for the welfare and promotion of Paso Fino horses. The Grand National Championship Show held its 51st edition this year. The championship was curated to challenge the horse and rider to their ultimate capability. The events in the competition are Bella Forma, riding division class, timed competition, versatility check competition, and many others for different age groups and experiences. The competition was held at the World Equestrian Center, Ocala, Florida from the 19th to the 23rd of September.
