Equestrian events are held throughout the year. The purpose of the events is to enhance and develop competition skills among the riders. These competitions also give the riders a sense of confidence and to better read their four-legged companion. The events are held for all age groups and for all types of horses and ponies.

Recently a horse riding school in South Carolina conducted an equestrian event for horses of different ages. The event got support from the local community and was not short of sponsors whose contributions made the event successful. At the event young talent blossomed and showed their incredible capability to the amazement of spectators.

Equestrian Center Reveals Star Performers

The Vista School Center, an equestrian center conducted horse riding events at its grounds. The event drew a good number of participants and saw nice young horses and tremendous performance. The categories of events were New Event Horses (NEH), Future Event Horses – Yearling (FEH 1), Future Event Horses – 2-year-old (FEH 2), Future Event Horses – three-year-old (FEH 3), Young Event Horses – four-year-old (YEH 4), and Young Event Horses – five-year-old (YEH 5).  The equestrian center shared the results of these events through its social media posts and thanked the participants for taking part in these events.

The New Event Horses (NEH) winner was Sydney Shinn who rode Blissful Change and scored 72.350 in the dressage event. The winner of Future Event Horses – Yearling (FEH 1) was Ashley Bongers who rode Safari with the final score of 77.250. The rider won by a margin of 0.200 from the nearest rival Jessie Bongers who was riding Habika.

The Future Event Horses – 2-year-old (FEH 2) was claimed by Johannah Crumpton who rode You Wonder Why with a score of 72.500. The Future Event Horses – three-year-old (FEH 3) was won by Hannah Jungling and she rode Irish Gates Scarlet Fire and got a score of 66.350.

The Young Event Horses – four-year-old (YEH 4) was claimed by Morgan Batton who rode Caliente T scoring 76.450 winning the event by 0.150 margin from the nearest competitor Kimberly Keeton who was riding Contendro’s Prinz. The final event, Young Event Horses – five-year-old (YEH 5) was won by Sarah Kuhn who rode Signeur with a score of 82.350. The visitors enjoyed the wide landscape of the equestrian centers and their facilities.

The Vista School Center is situated in Aiken, South Carolina. It is spread over 185 acres of beautiful land which encompasses rolling hills and level terrain. The center is designed to accommodate a large variety of horses. The center has a training school that has a facility for dressage, cross country, and hunter or jumpers.

They also have conditioning facilities for all disciplines of the equestrian sport. Apart from that the center has a new office which has two full restrooms, a workspace, a dining or living area, a kitchen, and an outdoor seating facility. Vista also has a stall barn with a wash rack and a rental home.

The equestrian competition held by the Vista Scholing Center was a successful event that saw talented performances from the young horses and their riders. Such events engage the community with the sport and give the riders the confidence to perform better in the future.
