Known for its popular equestrian scenes in winter, Wellington is one of the most lavish areas in the US. The place, located to the west of Palm Beach County, holds the winter equestrian festival every year and brings top-tier mogul families, including Bill Gates family members, to the place. Making the properties at Wellington which are usually equipped with large barns and staff apartments, go up to millions of dollars.
Recently, Tyron Properties manager Mark Bellisimo’s ex-wife sold her lavish equestrian estate located in Wellington. Katherine Kaneb, who received the estate as a part of the divorce after two years of listing, sold the house for 21,900,000 dollars. The house was initially listed for 28 million dollars.

After keeping the luxurious equestrian estate on the list for more than two years, Mark Bellissimo’s ex-wife sold the property. Located at 13893 Gracia Street, Katherine Kaneb, formerly known as Katherine Bellissimo, sold the Wellington estate for 21.9 Million dollars. The property located in the winter equestrian capital of the world was sold to the Maharshi Properties entity, which already owns three properties in Wellington.
Kaneb, who is an equestrian executive after the divorce from Bellissimo, got the Wellington property. This luxurious property spreads over around 19.7 acres and comes with three bedrooms. Further three bathrooms were added to the estate in 2015. The Gracia Street equestrian estate is also provided with a pool and gym. With a lush green park included, the property comes with two barns. The barns are equipped with three training arenas and a separate room for the staff and have stalls for up to 36 horses.
In an interview with The Real Deal, Maria Mendelsohn who acted as a broker for the estates’ sale while talking about the size of the estate stated “You don’t normally get so much land.” “People are staying in Wellington for the horse show much longer than they used to. They want more of a compound.” Katherine and Mark had scored this estate in 2013. The estate was bought for $6.3 million and listed for $28 million two years ago. In 2018, business mogul Mark Bellisomo filed for divorce from Katherine Kaned. The couple divorced due to money conflicts leading to a broken marriage. But in the thirty years of their marriage, the couple had bought several properties together. Both Katherine and Mark owned and manage the Colorado horse park located at the Equestrian Club in Pinery, Colorado, an international polo club in Colorado, and also a 160-Acre equestrian center in Wellington called the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center.

Further, the couple had also bought an equestrian magazine Chronicle of the Horse, an equestrian center, and a resort in North Carolina. And after the divorce, the couple had an equal division of properties. Mark, who received the international polo club, also sold the estate for $95 million in 2022.
