I’m a Celebrity Sensation Frankie Dettori Faces Nightmares ‘Family Guy’ Style

Frankie Dettori, the top-tier Italian jockey who boasts of a 35-year long equestrian career, has an alternative option. Though this is not his first TV appearance, but I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is undoubtedly one of the most significant. Making a late entry with Tony Bellew, Dettori made his time worthwhile. Until he didn’t.

Though the British flat racing Champion Jockey won the previous bout on board Nick Pickard, he didn’t perform with the same thrill this time. That may be because the miscommunication with his partner stood out more than their individual skills. But he doesn’t look saddened, instead has a funny take on the situation.

Frankie Dettori and Nella Rose lost their bout

According to Frankie Dettori’s X post, he shared a meme juxtaposing the Family Guy created by a fan having the caption, “Frankie and Nella doing the challenge.” Not taking offense at all, the 52-year-old jocularly remarks in response. The reason behind this post is, in the recent Bushtucker trial, Dettori, paired with Nella Rose, was a farrago.

Being the only ones to return to the camp without any stars, the Dreaded Beads trial stripped them of their glory. But since the public voted for the pair to take up the challenge, they had to follow directions by Ant and Dec. They had to collect coins to buy meals and collect codes lying with snakes.

While Dettori yelled the codes aloud, it was Rose’s duty to unlock the padlocks. Sleeping with the snakes crawling around was tough for the former, moreover the YouTuber’s inability to perform was an additional difficulty. The jockey’s ‘try all the padlocks, Nella, try them all!’ didn’t work after all. Unable to make a mark, Rose said, ‘Tony’s luxury item, tea bags… everyone’s luxury items, basically. I feel devastated.’ But her partner said,‘ So close, but so far. Hopefully, we get another chance.’ But Dettori’s previous win was commended by all, as his partnership with Nick Pickard shone through.

Dettori’s Ding Dong challenge win

According to Frankie’s Bar and Grill owner’s X post, “After success in the Epsom Oaks earlier this year–Frankie picked up another win last night on board @nicpickard in the Holly Oaks.” Rooting for the “King of the Jungle,” title, the duo slayed in the milk bottle-themed challenge.

But restaurant critic Grace Dent’s early exit from the show was a blow to all. She said, “I’ve had enough. I’ve completely had enough. I just want to go home. I haven’t got a lot left in me at the moment. I’m just keeping on a face for everybody.”

Frank Dettori had announced his retirement from the UK racing a while ago. But he wishes to return to explore the US circuit, and is currently journeying through California.
