In a recent update, the spotlight shone on one such thoroughbred horse hailing from the Classic Sire Line and Stallion-Producing Dam Line.
This six-year-old equine, a triumphant victor of the 2020 Newmarket Stakes, Prix du Jockey Club, and Prix Guillaume d’Ornano, is now set to take center stage at a special showcase.

In a recent post on X by Thoroughbred Daily News, an exciting update was shared. The handle posted an image of MISHRIFF, an Irish-bred, British-trained Thoroughbred racehorse sired by Make Believe (GB) 2012 and Dam Contradict (GB) 2010, respectively. MISHRIFF, with victories at Newmarket Stakes, Prix du Jockey Club, and Prix Guillaume d’Ornano in 2020 when he was a three-year-old, comes from a really strong family of racehorses.

MISHRIFF even has a double dose of Mr. P. and Make Believe; his sire is the grandson of Dubawi, who has 18 G1 winners in his lineage. The equestrian milestones of MISHRIFF
MISHRIFF was born on April 1, 2017 and was bred in Ireland by Nawara Stud Limited, owned by Prince A. A. Faisal. He received training from John Gosden at Clarehaven Stables in Newmarket, Suffolk, and soon began his career in 2019. That year, he was ridden by Rob Havlin at Yarmouth Racecourse on October 14, followed by the legendary Frankie Dettori at Newbury Racecourse, and David Egan at Nottingham Racecourse on November 6.

He showed promise as a two-year-old, and this potential shone in the following year, 2020. He made a mark on the international stage, winning prestigious races in the year 2021, like the Saudi Cup and the Dubai Sheema Classic. When he returned to Europe, he won the International Stakes too later that year. Clairefontaine Racecourse in the Normandy region of France is set to showcase the classic Thoroughbred MISHRIFF, and fans wait excitedly. there’s more in store for this young winner.
