The 2023 equestrian is coming to an end and without a doubt, it has been one of the most wonderful seasons. Commendable wins, stellar skills, and staunch performances, it was the perfect amalgamation of all. One of the most appreciative things about the equestrian community is that they never fail to give the ideal recognition to the deserving and this time is no different. 

Keeping the season-end in consideration, an equestrian authority has taken to social media to share the highlights of the year. In a recent update, they have revealed one of the highlights of the year which gives tribute to one of the most renowned equestrians, Lauren Dutton.

The USEF Network has taken the initiation of revealing the seven greatest highlights in seven days that people have watched the most this year on their channel. They have already revealed number 7 and now have revealed the number 6 of the highlight episode. On their X account, they gave a tribute to the equestrian Lauren Dutton and her mare. 

The caption to this carried, “At #6, it’s “Mules Can Dance Too” with Lauren Dutton and Ooops See Daisy, her own 2010 mule mare, winning the Western Dressage World Championship Introductory Test 3 Amateur Competition”. With this, they added a video of the championship. This was indeed a beautiful win as Dutton expressed that she and her mule both have found success and community in Western Dressage. 

This pair of equestrian and equine adds value to the diversity of Western Dressage, “Mules Can Dance Too”. With this, the USEF also revealed their number seven a few days ago this update. 

The seventh highlight of the 2023 season by USEF 

They started the highlight episode of seven highlights in seven days of the most watched this year in their network by sharing highlight number seven first. They took to their X account and revealed the same. This one inculcated the commendable performance of Tessa Downey in a prestigious event.

The caption to this post carried, “At #7, it’s your North American Jr. Equitation Champion Tessa Downey aboard Efendi”. She delivered an extraordinary win in the Palm Beach International Academy North American Junior Equitation Championships. She led the way with a high score of 91.66 saddled upon Efendi in the first round and a 92.00 in the second one. Scoring equally impressive scores dominated this event.
