When singer Sheryl Crow started dating Lance, it became a prime time topic for media and tabloids. They met at a charity event in 2003 and immediately realized they were into each other. As their relationship began, Sheryl would follow the cycling legend everywhere the sport took him, and he did the same.

The American singer Sheryl Crow began dating cyclist legend Lance Armstrong in 2003. At the time, the couple was almost inseparable. In fact, in two of the seven Tour de France titles Lance won, Sheryl was beside him. When they announced their engagement in 2005, everyone thought, this is it, this is the part where happily ever after starts for these two lovebirds. However, things turned out a bit differently than expected.

In February 2006, six months after their engagement, the two were on their separate ways. They released a statement saying, “After much thought and consideration we have made a very tough decision to split up. We both have a deep love and respect for each other and we ask that everyone respect our privacy during this very difficult time.”

And that was the end of their relationship.
