His brilliant skills are not just limited to the world of chess. But the Norwegian Grand Master can easily adapt to other games as well. The world number one Magnus Carlsen is currently leading the Meltwater Champions Chess Tour 2022. He has won both the tournaments played on the tour so far. And will wish to continue with the same form in the coming events as well.

Magnus Carlsen has amazing poker skills

The five-time world champion, Carlsen, shows his advanced poker skills in the Norwegian Poker Championship. Since his sponsorship deal with Unibet, he has been part of several promotional events for the betting company. However, in the Norwegian Poker Championship, he proved that there’s hardly any difference between chess and poker, as long as Magnus Carlsen is at the table.

Just like chess, Magnus, with an amazing bluff, had the last laugh in poker as well. Although out of 1,050 entries, he finished in the 25th place in the event.

On-time for FPL

While earlier in February 2022 Carlsen missed the deadline for FPL, this time the Norwegian Grand Master made no such mistake. He posted about the same on his Twitter handle. Carlsen wrote, “And yes. I remembered the FPL deadline.”

His skills in the FPL are more than impressive. In fact, the world champion has a better understanding of team management than most football managers in the game. It is, for this reason, that in the 2019 season; he finished in the top ten amongst millions of players.
