The Russian Grand Master took a dig at Arnold in a Twitter post dated back to 2020. In the caption, Garry Kasparov wrote, “I’ve always suspected that your draw against me in 2002 inspired you to run for Governator!” However, the mystery regarding his statement was the word ‘Governator.’ Clearly the word has been made from Arnold’s two different roles as Governor and Terminator, but what that implied only Kasparov can tell.

Though there is a possibility that Arnold might have thought that if he can play a draw against someone like Garry Kasparov, he can do anything in the world. Hence, he became the governor of California. (a fan theory)
