John Crimber opens up on walking ahead

John Crimber recently arrived on Flint Rasmussen’s podcast, According to Flint. Discussing the topics from his bull riding debut, Flint naturally touches upon the impact Paulo has had on his son and how it has helped John to have an ‘advantage’ not just on the grounds but in media appearances. To this John clarified that even after having a towering father like Paulo, he had to learn it from scratch. “Yeah, sir, you know I kinda had to get used to it,” the youngster starts. “My dad, he’s always told me… there’s gonna be cameras, you are gonna have to learn how to talk and I just kinda had to learn at a young age.”
John Crimber further adds how it has been this training that helped him get out in the field rather than his family’s influence. “Whenever I was younger I would do a bunch of interviews and then my name would get out more,” he adds. Flint further backs the youngster’s stance, adding, that is what the bull riding circuits advise. Taking on any interview opportunities that knock on the door is what authorities suggest. For, that is when the favorable scenarios arrive for the athletes.

Just as John suggests, while his father has helped him see a direction, it has demanded his efforts in to move ahead. Right from his pre-debut days to his latest UTB feat, Crimber has ensured to rely on his skills.
The youngster’s excellence away from favorable perks
It is no news that John Crimber started bull riding at a tender age because of his father. However, the youngster has repeatedly showcased that his growth is majorly attributed to his skills rather than an external force. Aged 14, Crimber garnered attention when he won the Mini Bull Riders title.

He then went on to clinch High School titles in 2021 and 2022. Proceeding from there, the youngster secured his 10th career win in less than 6 months of his first PBR ride when he made his Canada debut. Not having proven enough, last week, John Crimber won his first-ever UTB event title in Jacksonville. The culminating triumphs have now made the youngster a greater prospect for Rookie of the Year.
