On a mission to break away from the rules of the PRCA, each founder contributed $1000 to establish the Professional Bull Riders organization in 1992. Fast forward to now, the PBR has witnessed several phenoms emerge over the years. The year-long series allows the top riders to compete for the World Champion title in the end. However, what the world doesn’t know is that these bull riders face rapid transformations due to their demanding schedules.

In every sport, athletes step foot with a specific goal. However, soon after, they get the hang of the nature of the sport while practicing adaptability. As they compete and involve themselves in a particular activity for an extensive period, athletes notice changes in their functioning patterns. In the same vein, behind-the-scenes stories of some bull riding legends recently surfaced.

Bull riding veterans’ lifestyle

The official Instagram page of PBR has posted a fun reel where the bull riders take a ride to the insides of their sporting realm. The post is captioned,“It’s a lifestyle.” The phrase, “We’re bull riders,” was common for all, and the athletes came one by one to talk about their adopted characteristics. The first athlete said, “We shake everybody’s hands”, while the next said, “Sometimes we’re missing teeth”. The next athlete remarked, “We like getting in sticky situations,” while another commented, “we got sick mustaches”.

Though they all teamed up for a fun collab, the bull riders literally spilled truths. Things getting bad or riders missing teeth are common in rodeo, but the athletes didn’t regret their involvement in the sport even a tad bit. In fact, they looked happy to have represented bull riding in a unique way. To show support, several fans hopped in to express their feelings about the reel.

Fans leave their love notes

Since most bull riders have a good stature, fans never fail to compliment their looks. On a similar note, one fan wrote, “Beautiful cowboys” with a bunch of red heart emojis. Another fan clearly confessed love saying, “I LOVE our bull riders”. Moving on, one fan appreciated the concept behind the reel, saying, “My type of trend,” with a heart-eyed emoji. A fanatic and a bull riding enthusiast expressed dedication, saying, “I’m a Bull riding fan & always on the lookout for the riders.

Moving on, an Instagram user extracted fun out of the rider with a missing tooth, saying, “The teeth one got me!”, while another mimicked the athletes in a light-hearted manner, saying, “WE BULL RIDERS.” As fans expect more such fun moments from the rides, they also expect a successful 2024 PBR year.
