Unleash The Beast is easily the premier series in PBR’s schedule every year. Until 2018, it was known as the Built Ford Tough Series. That year, a change in sponsorship led to the series being rebranded in its current form. It features the best in bull riding squaring off with the highest-rated bovine athletes.
It is now the premier organization for bull-riding athletes and events. Presently, the Professional Bull Riders are offered prize money exceeding $3 million to its victors. The winner of the last UTB event is Cassio Dias.

Brazilian Cassio Dias added his first trophy to a dedicated cabinet. He won the UTB event in St. Louis, Missouri. Dias finished ahead of Alan de Souza and Eduardo Aparecido. Moreover, that victory catapulted him to the top of the standings in UTB events. He now has 185.50 points, at least 60.5 points ahead of his nearest competitor, Caden Bunch. PBR shared an image of Dias with his trophy.

The only other bull rider to cross 100 points after two events is Sage Steele Kimzey. Two-time World champion Jose Vitor Leme is fourth with 91 points to his name. Aparecido, coincidentally, has 82 points from just the one event. Though he has a lower points tally, de Souza has a much greater ride percentage, which saw him pip Aparecido to second place at St. Louis.

Specialty of UTB events in bull riding circles
Unleash The Beast events pit the best riders against the most challenging bulls. They feature up to four rounds of bull riding, including the championship round. Each round with a score greater than 70 points is added to the rider’s world points. Additionally, their aggregate score and overall event finish contribute to that tally.
