After the incidents from Saturday evening, Cody Teel made some revelations in front of the bull-riding communities regarding the ongoing process. However, he didn’t mince his words with the FWSSR authority as they failed to address the situation at the earliest. However, on Tuesday, the rodeo shared a subsequent update on the status quo on Instagram. That post revealed that Matt Carter, the GM of FWSSR, took a spontaneous note of the situation. “We spoke to Matt Carter with FWSSR. There was no excuse made only that it was poor judgement by the woman who took her & the man who knew she did (a FWSSR board member). We are appreciative that Matt made no excuses and took responsibility for the unacceptable actions of others” was Cody’s initial version.

Reportedly, on Saturday evening, a woman took Annie, Cody’s elder daughter. Eventually, that woman left without caring for Kaitlin, Annie’s mother’s permission. This incident happened when Kaitlyn was in the hospitality box with her children to watch Cody Teel’s performance. However, after knowing the situation, the bull rider rushed to the officials in search of her daughter. But one officer displayed a lackluster approach, despite adding that he knew the woman. Meanwhile, the woman returned Annie to Teel’s family, saying she was searching for Annie’s mother. That raised some unpleasant questions about the situation that ensnared the bull-riding community.

In the same IG post, Cody Teel raised one quagmire regarding the situation. It unfolded as, “They have said this woman took Annie FROM the contestants hospitality WHERE her mother was and headed to the concourse with intention “to look for her mom”. Friday we were told “to look for a cop” thus, adding to the confusion and concern.”

Moreover, even after the Teel family’s complaint, both the officer and the woman remained on the course that evening. That forced the Teel family to think of some fishy notions. However, with the bull riding community, Cody Teel is hopeful of getting a positive response from the FWSSR. In this motion, both the bull rider and the authority banked on the situation’s footage to surface to dictate future steps. But till then, the deafening silence from the FWSSR made the situation more complicated.
