Professional Bull Riders Camping World Team Series event is in full swing in Greensboro, North Carolina. Greensboro hosted the eighth bull riding team event and witnessed some of the top bull riders in red hot form, each having victory in their sights. With only a few games left until the Championship Finals, riders were putting their best foot forward.

The event was highlighted by the dominance of the League No. 1 Austin Gamblers. Gamblers rode red-hot throughout the race, clinching a perfect 3-0 win after defeating their arch-rival Arizona Ridge Riders.

Austin Gamblers continue Bull Riding dominance

Austin Gamblers have been dominating at the PBR Camping World Team Series, leaving almost everyone behind. Currently standing at the top of the league, the Gamblers continued their reign by securing a perfect 3-0 in-game play to win PBR Cowboys Days. This was their fourth PBR Teams-leading event win of the season.


Gamblers didn’t put a foot wrong throughout. They first took on Missouri and later defeated Thunder 174.75-88.75. The dominance was led by two-time PBR World Champion Jose Vitor Leme, who secured a very crucial 87.5-point walk-off ride in the bottom of the fifth. The walk-off victory was the sixth league-best for Leme.

The ever-fast Leme still had a lot to do, and so he wanted to. He continued his red-hot form in the next race against the Arizona Ridge Riders, the only team posing a challenge to Gamblers.

Gamblers crack the Arizona Ridge Riders’ code

After suffering three defeats in their previous three meetings, Gamblers finally cracked the code against Ridge Riders with a scoreline of 90-86. The victory was again led by a game-winning ride from Vitor Leme. Despite an early 86-point lead from Arizona’s Vitor Losnake, Leme delivered a big 90-point-ride in the dying seconds of the match. 76th of his career, this 90-point lead positions Leme now as the second all-time for most 90-point rides.

With a perfect 2-0 record, Gamblers advanced to Championship Sunday, later joined by Kansas City Outlaws. Taking on Oklahoma Freedom in the Championship Sunday, the Gamblers’ middle lineup finally came up big. A 90-point ride from Ezekiel Mitchell and an 88-point ride from Rafael dos Santos ensured the Gamblers won their third consecutive game, 178-0.

The rest of the event went silky smooth for Gamblers, awaiting the results of Kansas City vs. Arizona. As Kansas City fell to Arizona, Gamblers hopped in Joy clinching the PBR Cowboy Days event title early. With a season score of 17-5, the Gamblers continue to hold their No. 1 rank in the league.
