What is the best place to work out? A well-equipped gym? One’s own house? A humongous home gym? Or outside in the snow, shirtless, with your best mate and a Grizzly Bear acting as your personal trainer? It might sound insane, but two Russian men chose the last option. They decided to indulge in some extensive bodybuilding workouts with a grizzly bear as their partner.
The tough men sparked quite a reaction on the internet when a video of them working out in the cold with a dangerous wild animal surfaced. This is how it turned out for them.

An array of comical comments that would leave anyone in stitches followed this. As is very predictable, there were a lot of amusing bodybuilding references. Someone commented, “The bear said, ‘Yeah, man, I’ll spot you.'” Another person invented an amazing pun, “Going to do a couple more reps. Just Bear with me.” One person also pointed out the upside of having a workout bear, “All you need to help you get really fit is a bear!?!….see the cardio levels improve as you run for your life.”
For some people, it was simply unbelievable something like this was happening. Somebody commented, “The fact that anywhere in the world, at any given moment, there’s things like this happening is truly mind boggling and magical” Another person thought this might make good fodder for the Joe Rogan podcast and said:
“2 men and a bear working out
(Joe Rogan entered the chat)
Joe: have you guys heard of the bear that ate….”
While most of the fun was poked at the bizarre workout, many people commented on the Russians’ toughness.
