Katherine Schwarzenegger, the daughter of action star-turned-politician Arnold Schwarzenegger and journalist Maria Shriver, needs no introduction. Apart from being the daughter of famous parents and wife to actor Chris Pratt, she has earned herself a name. By maintaining an ultra-low profile away from the paparazzi’s lensed cameras. The self-described “junkie of all things lifestyle” has carefully fought to be acknowledged for her accomplishments.

Katherine has successfully established herself as an author. The accomplished author struggled her way to earn herself the name. Opening up about her life, the 32-year-old shared her experience with the People magazine when she, for the first time, got the chance to interview Chris Pine and his team.

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s daughter talks about her experience 

Much before Chris Pratt entered her life, there was another Chris who made her feel nervous. The author shared her experience from her college days and the details of her interaction with Reese Witherspoon, Chris Pine, and Tom Hardy. Despite being the daughter of the Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger, Katherine was pretty nervous about facing such prominent personalities for the same.

Thus, when ”Entertainment Tonight” allowed her to conduct her first celebrity interview, she was understandably nervous. She was going to interview them for their upcoming movie “This Means War.” She confessed, “Before I went in there, I was like, ”I’m going to throw up. I’m going to have projectile vomit in their faces; I’m so nervous!”

Talking with People magazine later, she named Chris Pine as the reason for her uneasiness. Smitten by his charm, the young lady could hardly take her eyes off him. She revealed, “think it would have been easier if Chris Pine had not been there.” In May 2012, Katherine Schwarzenegger graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a degree in communications.

Katherine and her mother share a special bond with her mother 

Katherine shares a close bond with her mother, Maria Shriver. When she sat for a chat with Harper Bazar, she revealed that she would be talking with Maria about “six times a day.” They were constantly connected over email.

She often gets compliments for being Maria’s twin. She adds that perhaps she has taken after her Kennedy genes. Katherine also added their cheekbones are the same, and during the breakfast table, Maria would remark, “I see them.”
