Steroids in the bodybuilding world are one of the most controversial topics. Bodybuilders are not opposed to taking them but taking the wrong type. Recently, “The Lion of Lebanon”, Samir Bannout shared about a bodybuilder who shot substances into his calves. The retired bodybuilder revealed that shooting unnecessary substances could deteriorate the look of body parts.
Substances can have an unpredictable effect on the body if not taken wisely, and Bannout tried to warn bodybuilders about taking them. He also unapologetically mentioned a few bodybuilders who take substances and advised them to not do so.
