Liver King, also known as Brian Johnson, is famous for his build and raw-meat diet. He believes in the authenticity of ancient man’s lifestyle as the best and healthiest way of life. While the Liver King is a staunch follower of all things natural, he has been constantly accused of his toned figure, especially his abs. Big Ron intervenes to clarify the situation regarding the abs of the Liver King.
Ronnie Coleman noticed Liver King’s abs disappearing a bit
Coleman retired from competitions in 2007. However, he stays connected to the sport with his supplement line business, fitness app, and making videos on YouTube. In the video, Ronnie mentions that he has been hearing a lot about the meat-eating fitness freak, the Liver King. After watching a couple of video clips, Coleman, in an interview with him, asked, “Liver King, your abs ain’t moving. What’s going on buddy? Are those real?”
A particular bite got his attention. He watched the ancestral lifestyle practitioner pull off some reps on a row machine. Coleman observed and remarked, “Now, I can tell your abs are real because they kind of disappeared a little bit, but they look good!”
In response to the allegations and criticism of his abs, the Liver King once joked that they are implants worth $10,000 each. In reality, the abs are a result of years of relentless training. His videos feature him following the nine tenets of ancestral living – Sleep, eat, move, shield, connect, cold, sun, fight, and bond.

Ronnie reacted to his videos with a combination of appreciation and amazement. Although he was in praise of the popular influencer’s fitness and strength, he felt uneasy watching him eat. Furthermore, he expressed that the raw meat and the raw liver are unorthodox, and consuming them was hard to believe. Coleman continued that he trains hard and lifts heavily. “Good form, strong as hell, but the raw sh** got me kind of queasy.”
