Chris Bumstead revealed the standard dress code at the gym
As a professional bodybuilder, Chris Bumstead has a certain bond with the gym. Who can better tell about gym etiquette than a bodybuilder? So, a fan asked, “Can you go to the gym shirtless? I see a lot of people doing this, but is it actually allowed?” Bumstead had a witty answer ready in his mind and firstly replied to the question with his humour.
Bumstead said, “It is absolutely not allowed. It is literally illegal. You will go to jail and die if you take your shirt off at the gym. So do not do that.”
However, eventually, he answered the question on a serious note. He added, “But in all seriousness, keep your ego intact. Wear a tank top if you feel good sometimes. Wear oversized shirts if you want but I don’t recommend taking your shirt off because you can just look like a D-bag in the gym. So, stay strapped.”
Can Bumstead make it four in a row?
Chris Bumstead has been extraordinary in the last five years of the competition. The three consecutive titles are proof of his dominance. The first Mr. Olympia Classic Physique got organised in 2016. And from 2017, Bumstead had been consistent with his top two positions. The next big question is, will he be able to defend his title once again?
