Paul Wight, better known as the Big Show, flung grown men across the WWE ring in his prime. Very few physical specimens can challenge the man who weighs 383 lbs and stands 7’2″ tall. However, four-time Mr. Universe and a bodybuilding icon on social media, Mike O’Hearn, humbled the Big Show with an effective biceps exercise. O’Hearn and Wight recently worked out in a gym when the former Mr. universe showed Wight a bicep curl variation.
While most people perform the movement standing up, O’Hearn fundamentally tweaked the movement. The Big Show didn’t seem convinced in the beginning. However, after trying it out, the WWE legend acknowledged the effectiveness of the exercise. He also explained how he felt about the bicep curl variation.

On January 16, bodybuilding star Mike O’Hearn posted the first video with WWE legend Paul Wight. Wight is learning to improve his lifts from the four-time Mr. Universe. In the latest video, O’Hearn showed The World’s Largest Athlete a variation of the dumbbell curl, which he performed on a cable machine.
The ripped bodybuilder instructed The Giant to lie on the bench, put his feet on the footrest, and perform the curls. “One of the best biceps exercises I have ever done,” said the WWE legend after doing a few reps of the unconventional exercise. “I thought he was screwing me like this is some pretty boy exercise,” added the WWE legend.

The former Mr. Universe also explained the exercise might seem gimmicky before someone tries it. However, if they can perform the lying bicep curl, it’s one the best movements to isolate the bicep muscles, said O’Hearn. The man who once made an eight-time Mr. Olympia look small gave his opinion about the exercise.
A deceptively effective movement
The Giant admitted the movement was unlike any other exercise he had tried. “Completely different it opens the shoulders up and if you get the right posture it’s all bicep there’s nothing else,” explained Wight in the video. “A fan of doing things effectively,” Wights also praised O’Hearn for showing him the movement.

The Big Show also said he doubted the usefulness of the exercise and thought O’Hearn was showing off. “You (Mike O’Hearn) can lay back, flex your abs… all right look at me.” However, afterward, he realized that O’Hearn wasn’t showing off.
