Former bodybuilder and The Hulk fame Lou Ferrigno has made an impact in multiple fields in his life. Like the bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ferrigno has made it big in bodybuilding, and movies and given his contribution to public health. In contrast, Ferrigno was the biggest rival for Arnold in his bodybuilding days.
Mark Burnett originally released the show ‘The Apprentice’ in 2004. However, it upgraded to The Celebrity Apprentice in 2008, where it mashed up celebrities with trading. Ferrigno competed in it in 2012. But it got a bit messy for him before he got eliminated. He argued with one of his fellow teammates and got into trouble.

Lou Ferrigno fired it at her face
The Incredible Hulk, Lou Ferrigno, had to take his Hulk Avatar out before leaving the show ‘The Celebrity Apprentice’. He got into a heated argument with his fellow teammate, Lisa Lampanelli. They had some differences developed in the reality show. However, before leaving, Ferrigno made sure he confessed to her face what he thought of her.
When the team gathered in the boardroom, Ferrigno explained his issue to the leaders. He said, “Can I say something? Lisa is lucky not to be a man tonight, because I would have thrown her right through that wall.”
Ferrigno added, “Because after the last boardroom, you called me a (expletive) loser…. And I think you’re very negative. You’re mean and vicious. I just wanted to say that to your face. Nobody calls Lou Ferrigno a loser.” However, the boss and the host, Donald Trump, supported Lisa and fired Lou for his disloyalty to the team.

Lou Ferrigno and Donald Trump didn’t end the reality show on a very good note. But they certainly bonded well throughout the show. When Trump became the President of the United States, he elected his advisor for certain departments in 2018. Trump decided to elect one of his old mates for one of the departments.
As the actor had a deep knowledge and passion for health and fitness, Trump’s go-to-choice for the Presidential advisory council on sports, fitness, and nutrition was Lou Ferrigno.

However, the reality show didn’t end well for Ferrigno in 2012. He was really upset about the way things ended in the show. But the relations made during that span worked for him later. When he got elected, Lou revealed his passion for health and nutrition. Moreover, he confessed his urge to serve the people of America through his contribution to making America healthy again.
