The 37-year-old son of iconic bodybuilder Lou Ferrigno, Jr. Lou Ferrigno, once spoke to the press about how his dad’s friends liked to play pranks on him. There was one friend in particular whom he thought played the most interesting prank on his father. That friend is none other than celebrity singer and late pop icon Michael Jackson.
Before Michael’s return to the stage in 2009, the singer went on a strict exercise routine for his health. None other than 2x Mr. Universe title holder Lou Ferrigno was there to help him out. Both in terms of training his body and also maintaining nutrition levels. In a 2021 interview, Lou-Ferrigno Jr. spoke to Page Six about how MJ would prank call his father.

Lou Ferrigno doesn’t know Omar
Jackson was described as someone who enjoyed pulling practical jokes. Crank calls were a favorite if not a strange one, given that Ferrigno Sr. is 85 percent deaf from having suffered from a series of ear infections as a child.

The 37-year-old actor claims that the man “would perform pranks on his dad. “He would call my dad and be like, ‘Hey I’m looking for Omar,” and my dad would be, “Huh? Who’s this?’” he said. The 13 times Grammy winner would be persistent and say, “I’m looking for Omar.”
Jr. added, “And my dad isn’t great on the phone, so it would end in him yelling, ‘Who’s Omar?’
Louis Jude Ferrigno Jr. is an actor known for his roles in Teen Wolf, How I Met Your Mother, and S.W.A.T. In conclusion, he adds, “We were trying to figure out who Omar was, and [then] we’d figure out it was Michael. He loved playing pranks; he was so lighthearted and sweet.”
