In the recent edition of his daily newsletter Pump Daily, titled Arnold’s Monday Motivation, Schwarzenegger recalled a conversation with a former neo-Nazi. The man believed it was easier to hate others during ruthless times than to identify and correct his own shortcomings. It reminded Schwarzenegger of one of his videos wherein he urged people to work on themselves instead of finding scapegoats.

Arnold Schwarzenegger has a way out of the predicament
As always, Arnold Schwarzenegger didn’t pinpoint a problem without bringing along a solution. Arnie admitted it’s not an easy task for one to identify one’s insecurities and face them. However, he believed it wasn’t an impossible task as long as one was willing to embrace the discomfort. “Because discomfort is how we grow,” the Austrian Oak reasoned.
The bodybuilder claimed that this is also the first lesson one learns in the gym. Moreover, Arnie doesn’t see his newsletter as a regular fitness email. Instead, he believes it to be a path that helps people improve one step at a time and eventually move towards the betterment of the world. Lastly, he trusted his readers with a task to do every time they felt agitated or angry. Arnie wants his fans to take a minute out at such times to reflect on what is making them angry.
