Mike O’Hearn recently appeared in an interview with Ed Mylett. During this interview, Mylett asked O’Hearn the ultimate formula to stay fit. However, the Titan believes there is no one-shot trick to achieve that goal. Mike O’Hearn thinks everything works differently for both male and female bodies. He claimed, “…what we’re doing in the studies we’re going to be showing the world is what I have done is focused on something different. Furthermore, talking about men, he pointed out that people often believe men need to do “extra stuff” to gain high testosterone. However, O’Hearn has never exposed himself to that. He claims that the secret behind his youthful appearance is that his testosterones have never been overblown.
