While many people believe that achieving superhuman strength is a fictional thought, O’Hearn gave a strong example to break this myth. He highlighted the fact that a normal human hand will crush if a pressure of more than 500 lbs is put on it. However, boxers can increase this pressure to 1000 lbs without having any fractures. This pointed out that incredible strength comes from incredible training. 

Another factor that contributes to O’Hearn’s strength is his mindset. He approaches his workouts with fierce determination and an unwavering belief in his ability to succeed. “I will create my body so freaking strong that the average stuff doesn’t hurt. And then the muscle will come from the side effect of just lifting and eating right.”, the model said in the video.
