Each year with NFL around the corner, the Super Bowl provides an advertising platform for companies jockeying to get their products in front of millions. The major purpose of the enterprises to feature their products in the Super Bowl is because of NFL’s extremely high viewership and demographic reach. From celebrity cameos to adding off-the-charts cinematography, the Super Bowl ads cover everything to grab spectators’ attention. Interestingly, the iconic Arnold Schwarzenegger has also contributed his acting flair to those Super Bowl endorsements and received applause from millions.

From BMW to Bud Light, the Austrian Oak has graced his presence in Super Bowl advertisements and made those endorsements even more exuberant. However, with higher reach comes higher expenses. Likewise, the Austrian’s Bud Light advertisement made a case for a million-dollar investment from the beer company.

In 2014, the Terminator appeared in a cameo role in the Bud Light advertisement. According to the Spanish daily Diario AS, the commercial cost approximately $12 million. Interestingly, the endorsement video shows the jubilance that comes after accepting a Bud Light beer.

It revolves around an average man, who after accepting the beer, concedes that he is “up for whatever happens next”. Moreover, the Austrian Oak can be seen flaunting a wig and a headband while playing ping-pong.

Actress Minka Kelly was also seen sharing the screen with the bodybuilder in the 2014 Super Bowl commercial. Now, high viewership plus a top-notch background setting makes this advertisement notoriously expensive. Nonetheless, this is not the first time when the bodybuilder acted in NFL commercials.
