A wholesome answer to a curious question

On December 3, Chris Bumstead uploaded a YouTube short in which he answered a fan’s curious question. “What is your plan after the Olympia event, regardless of outcome?” asked the fan. “You know we’re in Vegas this year, so a lot of our friends are going to be going to clubs,” said the reigning Classic Physique champion. However, CBum revealed he won’t be partying into the night.

The three-time champion said he’ll probably move back to the hotel with his family after the contest. Chris said his family, including “Courtney, my parents, Melissa, Ian, Calvin, Matty,” will stay with him. He also said instead of renting tables at a restaurant, he’ll make mug cakes and enjoy their company. “… that’s all I really care about,” said the bodybuilding icon.

Instead, Chris said he’ll go to bed early. After four days of competition, he’ll probably be tired. The champion bodybuilder also spoke about waking up early the following morning and grinding in the gym, starting with cardio. “That’s what I do every single year. It’s how I celebrate, usually post-Olympia,” said Chris.
