When asked what’s the one “worst thing” that he experienced while on duty, Ronnie walked down memory lane; in a sad voice, the legend replied, “the homicide that I mentioned in the book.” Continuing further in the interview, Ronnie described the ‘Shooting in Arlington’ as “the worst thing that I(Ronnie) saw.”

The day at the Police station that changed the life of Ronnie Coleman
Coleman never imagined that a typical day at the police station would be a turning point in his life. He was on his usual work schedule when an officer asked about the place where he used to work out. Upon realizing that Coleman used to work in a room that was “about the size of a bathroom,” he took him somewhere special.
