Recently, in her IG post, she shares personal detail about her body from when she first stepped inside a gym. She lists a few ways to motivate her followers to hit the gym and finally starts their journey toward achieving fitness without any fear or shame about their bodies.

A firm believer in making strength accessible to everyone, she constantly helps others achieve their fitness goals through proper training and nutrition. It is worth noticing that the pictures she posted with a detailed caption show her slim and dapper. She is wearing an orange short while sporting a black full-sleeve sweater and posing in a very stylistic pose. Cohen began with “I was 100lbs the first time I stepped foot in the weight room. I had no idea what I was doing.”

Her first point was, “1) keep your exercises simple: stick to the classics (push, pull, hinge, carry).” It is a very simple yet key piece of advice that most people often tend to overlook. In this age of fierce competition, many people tend to overdo it by punching above their weight. But sticking to the basics on a regular basis reaps heavier in rewards.

She followed it up with the next point, “2) don’t change your exercises too often, keep 10-15 of them on rotation and instead change up rest, sets, reps and intensity.” This is a build-on to the previous regularity angle that every fitness enthusiast should follow. Limited exercises will keep one more focused and determined.

Lastly, she said, “3) focus on enjoying the journey, improving your performance and technique and the gains will follow.” This is a piece of plain advice that often helps people down on their luck and confused about what to follow. Focusing on the journey and process is more important than the results.
