In the latest edition of The Pump Daily, Arnold Schwarzenegger began the Monday motivation section by talking about FUBAR. “You might be wondering, what the hell does a TV show have to do with fitness and motivation?” wrote the Hollywood icon. However, he explained how FUBAR, fitness, and motivation were all closely related.

The terminator actor recounted his grueling schedule while filming the series. The Terminator actor said he turned 75 during filming and revealed, “It was 4 months of 12-14 hour days and nights.” On good days, Schwarzenegger left his hotel at 6 in the morning and returned by 7 or 8 at night. However, on the longer days, he returned at 7 or 8 in the morning of the following day.

Despite such a hectic schedule, the seven-time Mr. Olympia felt “fantastic” at 75. “That’s because I was living two of the lessons I always share with you guys,” wrote Arnie. “First, I’d done the reps. By keeping my routine of training every day in the lead-up to filming,” added Schwarzenegger. He had also relentlessly rehearsed his lines for two months prior to filming the show.

However, he persevered and succeeded.
